The City of Richmond is soliciting proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation to provide armed security guard services at various City facilities. As part of the Cityâs commitment to providing a safe and secure environment for employees, clients, and visitors, it is essential that proactive measures are in place to protect the Cityâs assets and personnel across all locations.
