Superintendent Search Services

Project Description: The Eanes Independent School District (Eanes ISD) invites qualified consultants or firms to submit Statements of Qualifications to provide Superintendent Search Services. Eanes ISD is seeking a Firm that has both experience and expertise in providing Superintendent search and recruitment services for the position of Superintendent for Eanes Independent School District. Responses will be accepted until Monday, July 7, 2025 at 3:00 p.m.
Inquiries and requests for information affecting the RFQ must be in writing and shall be submitted via Bonfire. All communications or discussions related to the Solicitation are to be handled by and through the Eanes ISD Purchasing Office. The District is not responsible for any other explanation or interpretations, which anyone presumes to make by any other source other than the Eanes ISD Purchasing Office. If, after release of this Solicitation and prior to the opening, a vendor attempts to contact District personnel concerning this Solicitation other than the Purchasing Office staff, the vendor’s response may be disqualified.
Eanes ISD serves approximately 8,000 students at nine schools: five elementary schools (grades K-5), two middle schools (grades 6-8), one high school (grades 9-12), and one adult transition services school (grades 12+). 14.1% of Eanes ISD students are gifted and talented, 12.3% receive special education services, and 5.0% are economically disadvantaged. Eanes ISD teachers have an average 11.6 years of experience, 46.1% have 11 or more years of experience, and 37.2% have advanced degrees. Approximately 1,100 District employees serve on campuses and in Administrative departments.
