Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey-Soldier Lethality (ACCNJ-

SL) in support of Program Manager for Soldier Lethality (PM-SL) has awarded a sole source Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Delivery Orders to O.F. Mossberg & Sons, Incorporated, 7 Grasso Ave, North Haven, CT 06473-3237 (Mossberg) for the purchase of Mossberg Shotgun Weapon Systems (M500 and the M590/M590A1) and M500/M590 Spare Parts Kit, under the authority of Title 10 United States

Code (U.S.C) 3204(a)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) - Only One

Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency

Requirements. The period of performance will be five (5) one (1) year

ordering periods years. This is in response to Solicitation W15QKN-25-R-

0009, dated 19 December 2024.
