Questions and Concerns Received from USA Contractors Inc. on June 2, 2026.
1. For the pre-programmed parts, the supplier needs the information for each individual unit in order to
complete the programming, or can all units be programmed using the same information and
configuration?
Response: All units can be programmed using the same information and configuration.
Questions and Concerns Received from Triple J Enterprises, Inc. on June 2, 2026.
1. Our concern is on the currently required 60 day delivery time. These are special order school bus parts
which will be coming from different regions of the U.S. within various time frames, therefore we request
the delivery time for the complete order be amended from 60 days to, 90 to 120 days accordingly.
Response: Refer to Amendment #1.
Please Note: Follow up/Clarification to the Questions and Concerns responses dated 06/08/2026 must
be submitted to the General Services Agency via email to bids@gsadoa.guam.gov no later than 5pm,
Tuesday, June 9, 2026.
