COUNCIL RETREAT FACILITATOR. The City of Edina is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced facilitators to submit their proposals for our annual City Council Retreat, tentatively planned for March 2026. The general scope of the project is to work with City staff in advance of the retreat for preparation and planning of agenda, and work may include a brief meeting with Council members to determine council priorities, facilitating the retreat and providing a post-retreat high-level summary as a deliverable. A copy of the RFP can be found on the City’s website . Proposals are due by 4pm Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2025. Please direct proposal submissions and questions related to this RFP to Assistant City Manager, Ari Lenz, at ALenz@EdinaMN.gov .
