HOUSING STUDY. The City of Becker, Minnesota is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or project teams to prepare a comprehensive housing study, needs analysis/assessment, housing development incentive study, and recommended local solution action plan. Submittals must be sent to Jacob Sanders, Community Development Director, City of Becker, 12060 Sherburne Ave SE, Becker, MN 55308 by 4:30 PM (CST) on Jan. 7, 2026. Proposals must be placed in an envelope, box, or similar container securely sealed therein and labeled: “Proposal to Complete a Comprehensive Housing Study, Needs Analysis, and Action Plan for the City of Becker”.
