Purchase of Equipment, Parts and Repairs for Prominent, Endress & Hauser, De Nora Water Technologies.

Description:

Lee County Utilities Department seeks to execute a single-source procurement for Equipment, Parts and Repairs for Prominent, Endress & Hauser, De Nora Water Technologies by Trinova, Inc. This will provide replacement equipment, repair parts and repair services for Prominent chemical feed pumps, Prominent chemical feed pump skids, Endress Hauser and De Nora Water Technologies equipment, pH meters, chlorine analyzers, pump controls, calibration cylinders, pump containment, and loop integration systems.

Intended Single Source:

Trinova, Inc.

Justification for Single Source Acquisition:

Trinova, Inc. is the only Prominent pump, Endress Hauser, and De Nora Water Technologies equipment authorized distributor in the state of Florida. This equipment is used at all water and wastewater plants for chemical fee pumping, process flow, and treatment monitoring which is required by the Safe Drinking Water Act and Florida Administrative Code.

Recommended Procurement Approach:

For the reason(s) stated above, Lee County Procurement Management intends to utilize the Single Source Procurement method to purchase from Trinova, Inc. to supply the above.
