The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a sole source contract to DIT-MCO International, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(2) for the following service: The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test
equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation and inspection manuals necessary to develop and manufacture five new custom sets of wiring harness adapter cables to support testing and validation of the Real Time In Cockpit (RTIC) Modification's "Mod" wiring harnesses with the DIT-MCO 2635 testing system.
A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated.
