Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is requesting quotes for:

Formal quotes must be attached to be deemed responsive and should reference any state contract and catalog numbers, if applicable, and estimated delivery date.

A) OOD shall base the award on lowest cost.

B) OOD will also base the award on the respondent that is responsive, responsible, and able to complete the work described in the summary.

C) A formal quote must be attached.

D) Respondent shall complete and submit the Certification Statements form if seeking a Buy America, Buy Ohio, and/or a Veterans Preference. If not seeking a preference, Respondent does not need to return the attached form.

Mailed, emailed, or faxed responses will NOT be accepted.
