C-26 Radar Hyperfan

Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWAD) has awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract to LMB North America, Inc., Miami, Florida, for the procurement quantity two (2) Hyperfan 150-01 (PN: 00-85001362-001) in support of the United States Navy Test Pilot School, Patuxent River, Maryland.

This acquisition was pursued on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." The determination by the Government not to compete this effort was solely within the discretion of the Government.
