Oak Street Spring Improvements

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Statham, Georgia for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and any other miscellaneous items necessary for the construction of the Oak Street Spring Improvements in Statham, Georgia. Bids will be received at Statham City Hall, 237 Jefferson Street, Statham, GA 30666, until 10:00 a.m. on April 2, 2026. Any bid received after said time and date of bid opening will not be considered by OWNER. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at this time and location. The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements: The construction of a new spring drinking water treatment building, clearwell/chlorine contact chamber, submersible pumps, yard piping, electrical, generator, telemetry, overflow metering system, and demolition of the existing building and contact chamber.
