Project Description: The City of South Jordan seeks bids from experienced and qualified Contractors to provide an Asphalt Overlay in the McMullin Subdivision.
The overlay area will follow APWA standards and includes a 1-1/2” edge mill and 2” overlay PG 58-28 (3/8” APWA SuperPave), lowering and raising monuments, valves, sewer, storm and water manhole lids to grade; and any other Materials and Labor necessary to complete the job based on construction plans.
The work must be substantially complete 45 days from Notice to Proceed.
The City anticipates a Notice to Proceed approximately April 20, 2026. Bids will be received until the closing date and time listed on Bonfire, the State of Utah’s Procurement website. All proposals shall be submitted online at Bonfire. It is the sole responsibility of the BIDDER to submit the Bid before the scheduled time. The City reserves the right to award this bid in full or in part.

The City reserves the right to reject any proposal if the City believes that it would not be in the best interest of the project or the City. Without limitation, such rejection may be because the proposal is not responsive, or the bidder is unqualified or of doubtful ability or the Bid or Bidder fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the City, as solely determined by City.
