Description
The City of Albany, Georgia, is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide
inspection services for multifamily properties. Proposals will be received by the Procurement Division
at 222 Pine Avenue, Suite 260, Albany, GA 31701, until 5:00 p.m. on March 31, 2026. The
term of the contract shall be for one (1) year, with the option to renew for up to three (3) additional
one-year terms, at the City's sole discretion. The selected inspectors will be responsible for ensuring
compliance with local building codes, fire codes, health and safety regulations, and federal housing
standards.
