Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Office of Purchasing & Contracting (hereinafter the “State”) on behalf of the Secretary of State’s office (SOS – Elections Division) is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide Absentee Ballot Envelopes.
