UGA ITB: Grain Bin Purchase and Installation

The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, Owner, will receive sealed bids from contractors electronically via the Jaggaer Sourcing Director. Electronic bids must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. Legally Prevailing Time in Athens, Georgia on 03/16/2026 for the construction of: "UGA Midville College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences located in Midville, GA. At the time and place noted above, the bids will be publicly opened and announced.
The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, labor, tools, skills, equipment, for the successful completion of the aforementioned project. Specifications and contract documents can be found in Buyers Attachments of this solicitation or can be obtained electronically by sending an email request for such documents to the Issuing Officer, Coleman Jones at coleman.jones10@uga.edu. All questions regarding bid documents shall be sent to the same email address. No questions will be answered via telephone.
There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting on 03/09/2026 at 10:00 A.M. at 9638 GA-56, Midville GA 30441. Please contact Coleman Jones at 706-542-7198 or coleman.jones10@uga.edu for questions about the pre-bid meeting.
Any contract award resulting from the RFQ will be made to the lowest, responsive and responsible supplier meeting all specifications and with whom the University of Georgia has reached agreement on all contract terms and conditions.
