1. Media Relations Management

Provide comprehensive media relations support to enhance the visibility and credibility of DeKalb Voter Registration and Elections (VRE).

2. Stakeholder Engagement

Execute stakeholder engagement strategies

DeKalb County is soliciting competitive sealed bids for Integrated Communication Services on an An­nu­al Contract to support the mission of the Board of Registration and Elections in engaging the public, promoting voter participation, and enhancing awareness of key registration and election activities.

Through this solicitation, we aim to partner with a communications firm that can deliver a comprehensive, coordinated, and strategic approach to internal and external communications, including public relations, media engagement, and stakeholder outreach. The selected firm will work closely with Voter Registration and Elections leadership to ensure consistent messaging, strengthen our brand identity, and effectively reach diverse audiences across multiple platforms.
