The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is soliciting sealed responses for Comprehensive Tutoring Program for Elementary Schools . Responses are to be submitted via the City's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO 3:00 pm on Friday, November 7, 2025 . Late responses will not be accepted.

The DeKalb County Human Services Department (HSD), through its Office of Youth Services (OYS) and the Office of Partnerships and External Affairs (OPEA), is seeking qualified vendors to implement a comprehensive tutoring program to support student academic achievement in six (6) DeKalb County elementary schools. The primary goal of the initiative is to increase student proficiency in reading and math, with a targeted emphasis on third-grade literacy and foundational academic support.
