Conference Room Electronic Equipment Update

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Request for Quote; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

1) The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting W912L9-25-Q-9008 as an RFQ.

2) This Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement is set aside for Total Small Business.

3) CLIN 0001 - Conference Room Updates

4) A detailed description of the requirement can be located in the attached Purchase Description.

5) Submission Requirements: A detailed description of work to be performed along with pricing information. Please read the purchase description and accompanying attachment, titled, Evaluation of Commercial Items, carefully.

6) Quotes shall include the following:

8) The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFQ will represent the BEST VALUE to the Government.
