This bid intends to establish requirements for properties found to violate our code of ordinances Nuisance Abatement of Code Violation Properties. This contract addresses the abatement of vacant and unsecured properties. But not limited to, abatement of regular trash, bulky trash, tires, hazardous materials, and mowing, upon parcels, lots, or tracts of land within the corporate limits of the City of College Station. Include but not limited to Residential Lot with an Occupied Structure, defined as a resident living in the structure, or a Residential Unoccupied Structure, defined as no resident living in the structure.
