Project Description: This courtesy posting is provided as notice of the Utah Association of Counties' intent to participate in the contracts resulting from the Medium & Heavy-Duty Trucks solicitation led by CES. The Solicitation is now available to download online at: ces.org/vendors, the solicitation number is 2026U-02. You will need to create a vendor account to access the RFP documents. Vendors must monitor CES' posting for any extensions or modifications in their eProcurement System.
THIS POSTING IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY. ALL QUESTIONS AND PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE CES PROCUREMENT OFFICE. A resulting contract will be for the benefit of all Utah public entities, nonprofit organizations, and agencies of the federal government, i.e. State of Utah departments, agencies, and institutions, political subdivisions (colleges, universities, school districts, special service districts, cities and counties, etc.), and, as applicable, nonprofit organizations, agencies of the federal government, or any other entity authorized by the laws of the State of Utah to participate in State Cooperative Contracts will be allowed to use this Contract.
