***20 APRIL 2026 NOTICE OF CANCELLATION***:



This notice serves to inform interested parties that Call for Solutions CDAO_26-01, titled "AI-Enabled Software Development Coding Capabilities," issued by Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), is hereby canceled in its entirety, effective immediately.



As stated in the original solicitation documents, the Government reserves the right to cancel the Call for Solutions and assumes no obligation to reimburse any party for costs incurred in the preparation of submissions.



The Government sincerely appreciates the interest and effort of industry in supporting the Department of War's mission. We encourage interested parties to continue monitoring SAM.gov for future opportunities.





***04 MARCH 2026 UPDATE***:

The Call for Solution has been amended with the following:




  1. The Questions and Answers document has been provided in the Attachments section below.

  2. A revised Call For Solution document (dated 04 MAR 2026) is uploaded Attachments section, to replace the original document. Section 5.2 was revised to include a statement regarding Government use of AI to support proposal review and analysis. Section 6.1.1 was revised to include a clarifying statement regarding font size. All other sections remain the same.



All other details, including the solution brief submission date, remain unchanged.



19 FEBRUARY 2026 CALL FOR SOLUTION:

The Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Digital Capabilities Contracting Center of Excellence (DC3oE), on behalf of the Department of War, Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO), and in coordination with the Department of the Army, is seeking innovative solutions for AI-Enabled Software Development Coding Capabilities.



The Call for Solution document (.pdf), outlining the full problem statement, required solution attributes, submission requirements, and evaluation phases can be found in the "Attachments" section below.



Please advise the Contracting Office as soon as possible via the Microsoft Forms link if your organization intends to submit a Solution Brief in response to this Call for Solution. The Forms link can be found in the “Links” section below.



The deadline to submit questions for Phase 1 is February 27, 2026 at 1:00PM ET.

The following shall be utilized in the email subject line: "Call for Solution — CDAO_26-01"
