Project Description: The City of Orem (City) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit competitive bids for the professional cleaning and mechanical modification of the Secondary Digester located at the Orem Wastewater Treatment Facility (1797 W 1000 S, Orem, UT 84059).
The primary objective is to restore the digester's operational capacity by removing accumulated inorganic grit and settled solids that have reduced the effective treatment volume.
