The Los Angeles Unified School District (District/LAUSD) invites the submittal of qualifications from “B - General Building Contractor” licensed contractors interested in providing Job Order Contracting (JOC) for General Contracting Services for the accomplishment of repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, etc., of buildings, structures, or other real property District-wide. Ordering is accomplished by means of issuance of a Job Order under the Job Order Contract.
