All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979.
Based on market research this item is commercial of-a-type; therefore, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 13.5 in its solicitation for this item.
A copy of the solicitation will be available via the dla internet bid board system (dibbs) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfq on the issue date cited in the solicitation. From the dibbs homepage, select “requests for quotation (rfq)” from the menu under the tab “solicitations.” Then search for and choose the rfq you wish to download.
