This was a Sole Source (Including Brand Name) Justification under Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial items IAW AFFARS 5313.501 - 10 USC 3572, Implementation of Simplified Acquisition Procedures (41 U.S.C. 1901).
The licenses under RADMF, have been detrmined to be Brand Name items not found in the DoD inventory, on the ESI-BPA, nor found on other enterprise vehicles. RADMF was detrmined a commercial items and determination is on file.
IAW FAR 13.501(a)(2), only one responsible source and no other supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements.
