Project Description: The project includes selective demolition and preparation work for mechanical, electrical, architectural, and site systems to support new installations and finishes. Work includes removing old equipment and building elements, making exterior repairs and drainage improvements, a new security vestibule, new mechanical RTUs, and replacing or modifying more than 200 door openings.
