QUESTIONS AND REQUESTS FOR EXCEPTIONS:
The question cutoff date is listed in NGEM. Questions related to the Scope, Bid Instructions, or general requests for clarification are to be submitted in NGEM under the QUESTIONS TAB. All exceptions to the Sample Contract need to be submitted using the Contract Exception Consideration Form provided in the ATTACHMENTS TAB. The form needs to be completed for each exception to be considered by RTC. Exception forms are to be emailed to the Purchasing Contact listed in the EVENT DETAILS TAB by the question cutoff date. It is intended that any resultant Contract awarded to contain substantially the same terms and conditions set forth in the Sample Contract (See NGEM Attachments Tab).
