Water Pollution Control Facility RAS/WAS PS Improvements - Hydrocyclones

The Town of Leesburg is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the installation of a 4-hydrocyclone skid, submersible feed pump and associated valves, piping and appurtenances at the existing RAS/WAS pump station and associated demolition work.  Work also includes the installation of an adjustable frequency drive for the submersible feed pump, electrical duct bank and modifications to the existing PLC ACP-17B at the existing Blower building, including integration of new controls to the plant SCADA system, and all incidentals related thereto.

Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting:

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on February 12, 2026 at 10:00 am (local time).  The pre-bid meeting will be onsite located at 1391 Russell Branch Parkway, Leesburg, VA 20175. It is strongly recommended that all bidders attend this meeting to gain a thorough understanding of the project.  Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.  The pre-bid meeting will not be conducted remotely (virtually).

Bid Opening:

Bids will be publicly opened via Microsoft Teams using the eVA e-Procurement website on March 10, 2026 at 2:00 pm (local time).  The bid opening will be livestreamed via Microsoft Teams and made available to the public.
