Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor,
tools, equipment, parts, materials, supplies, vehicles, travel, and incidentals necessary to provide
analog and digital surveillance system repair and installation services for analog and digital
surveillance systems and related components, including the removal of obsolete or damaged parts
and the legal disposal of all removed components.
