Mary Townes & BRITE - HVAC and BAS Repairs - Phase 1

**Please contact the project manager for the project brief and pre-submittal walkthrough details.** The two buildings house science and research laboratories and classrooms; the hot water and chilled water systems are shared. Phase 1 will prioritize utility upgrades for both buildings: chillers, cooling towers, chilled and heating hot water pumps, vacuum system and all associated controls. Additionally, the highest priority air handlers, exhaust fans, terminal units and all associated controls will be replaced, as well as highest priority fume hoods and fume hood controllers. NCCU reserves the option to retain the Phase 1 design team for Phase 2 ($8M total authorized project budget).
