Submission: SEALED BIDS for the Construction of the Heber City – 980 South Mill Road Intersection Improvements will be received by Heber City at 75 North Main, Heber, Utah until 2:00 p.m. MST, January 13, 2026.
Pre-bid Conference: 10:00 a.m. MST, January 6, 2026 at the office of Heber City at 75 North Main, Heber City, Utah. Attendance is advised, but not required.
