One-Two Sentences
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC-Chapel Hill) is soliciting statements of qualifications from experienced and qualified firms interested in providing their services for the comprehensive update and revision of the University's Design Guidelines. The selected firm will assist in refining and modernizing these guidelines to reflect current best practices, modern building technologies, University and regulatory standards, sustainability goals, and accessibility requirements. A budget of $150,000 has been established at this time. The current guidelines may be viewed at https://facilities.unc.edu/resources/design-guidelines/
