REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR SJRA JANITORIAL SERVICES (26-0003):
The San Jacinto River Authority seeks to enter into an Agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation (Respondent) with substantial and relevant experience and expertise to provide JANITORIAL SERVICES.
The successful Respondent must meet all requirements of this RFP, maintain proper licensing, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and mandates relative to the services specified in this RFP.
ANTICPATED SCHEDULE OF IMPORTANT DATES:
February 27, 2026 - Release RFP March 6, 2026, 9:30 A.M. - Non-Mandatory Pre-Submittal Conference March 12, 2026, 11:00 A.M. - Deadline for Questions and Inquiries March 17, 2026 - Anticipated Addendum Issue Date (if any) March 26, 2026, 11:00 A.M. - RFP Due April 2026 - Earliest Award

pre-proposal conference will be conducted in the
Board Room (BRF)
at
G&A located at 1577 Dam Site Rd. Conroe, TX 77304 beginning at
9:30 A.M
central time on
March 6, 2026
.
This meeting is
not mandatory
. Any questions and answers addressed during the conference meeting will be issued in an addendum and all known parties will be notified via the e-Marketplace System.
Site visits during the meeting will be conducted for the Lake Conroe and G&A facilities only. Respondents who wish tour the GRP and Woodlands facilities must schedule an appointment with Maleia Good at 936-828-3979 no later than 3:00 p.m. on March 6, 2026.
