Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, April 9th, 2026 at the Purchasing Office, City Hall, 135 E. Maumee Street, Adrian, Michigan 49221, for the purchase of an Asphalt Drag Box. Specifications are attached.
One Each: 10’ Asphalt Drag Box $________________
One Each: Metal Divider Plates and Tabs $________________
One Each: Accessory Holder $________________
TOTAL BID $________________
If the successful bidder, the Asphalt Drag Box will be delivered _________ days after notice.
All bids to be F.O.B. Adrian, installed.
All bids must be firm for not less than 60 days after official opening of bids.
All bids must contain warranty information on the product being installed.
The City of Adrian has a local preference policy
The City of Adrian reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities.
No contract shall be made with any person, firm or corporation in default of the city.
