An Optional P re-Proposal Meeting will be held at Tuesday, November 4, 2025 , 10:00 am at Terminal Building Skylark Field Airport, 1523 Stonetree Drive, Texas 76543

Bid questions will be accepted on the OpenGov e-bidding site , until 2:00 pm on Thursday, November 6, 2025 . Questions will be answered in the form of an addendum and posted on the OpenGov E-Bidding site . It is the bidder’s responsibility to obtain and acknowledge all addendums.
