Painting Services

Project Description: The Maricopa County Community College District (“MCCCD” or “District”) is soliciting sealed proposals to engage the services of one or more qualified, licensed, and experienced Contractors to provide comprehensive exterior and interior surface preparation, painting and sealing services for selected buildings located on one or more MCCCD college campuses as outlined in this RFP document. This contract is intended to support district-wide needs across all college locations and will be utilized on an as-needed basis.
The intent of this solicitation is to establish a contract with a Contractor or Contractors capable of delivering high-quality, durable, uniform, and long-lasting interior and exterior finishes that meet District standards and manufacturer specifications, while safely and efficiently operating within an actively occupied educational environment. All work shall be performed in a manner that minimizes disruption to students, faculty, staff, and campus operations.
MCCCD reserves the right to add, delete, or modify buildings, exterior areas, or quantities prior to award or through formal contract modification (Change Order).
