REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE RENOVATION, OPERATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF AN AMUSEMENT PARK AT 1824 SHORE PARKWAY, BROOKLYN

In accordance with Section 1-13 of the Concession Rules of the City of New York, the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation (Parks) intends to issue a significant Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the renovation, operation, and maintenance of an amusement park at 1824 Shore Parkway, Brooklyn.

There will be a recommended remote proposer meeting on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 12:00 pm. If you are considering responding to this RFP, please make every effort to attend this recommended remote proposer meeting.

Subject to availability and by appointment only, we may set up a meeting at the proposed concession site, (Block #6943 & Lot #2) (“Licensed Premises”), 1824 Shore Pkwy, Brooklyn, NY 11214.

All proposals submitted in response to this RFP must be submitted no later than Friday, October 2, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.
