Mendocino County Riverway Restoration and Employment Pathways

This Request for Proposal (RFP) announces the intent of the County of Mendocino to seek a qualified organization(s), responsible for cleanup operations, habitat restoration, workforce training, volunteer coordination, and community engagement. One or more contractors may be selected to cover all services. The term of the Agreement will be for one-year and six months. The maximum amount to be awarded under the RFP: $150,000.

Vendors must submit four (4) copies of their proposal:  Three (3) complete paper copies with original Vendor signature, and one (1) complete copy on USB Flash Drive.   The proposal must be formatted in accordance with the instructions of this RFP.  Promotional materials may be attached, but are not necessary and will not be considered as meeting any of the requirements of this RFP.  Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked “Mendocino County RFP No. 014-26”, and delivered by 2:00 p.m. April 22, 2026 to:

Late or facsimile proposals will not be accepted.  It is the proposer’s responsibility to assure that its proposal is delivered and received at the location specified herein, on or before the date and hour set.  Proposals received after the date and time specified will not be considered.  Note:  The unauthorized use of the County’s official logo is strictly prohibited.
