Annual Spring New York City Commencement

This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is issued by Empire State University (hereinafter referred to as “SUNY Empire”). SUNY Empire seeks a qualified facility to host our Annual Spring Commencement Ceremony in New York City starting in 2027, as defined in the mandatory requirements listed in the IFB (ESU-25-10)

The results of the IFB will be used to award a contract for the Spring 2027 Commencement Ceremony. Following the 20207 Commencement SUNY Empire and the winning Bidder may mutually agree to exercise 1 or 2 one-year options to extend the contract for Commencement Ceremonies to be held in 2028 and 2029. SUNY Empire will select the Bidders with the three lowest grand totals meeting all the mandatory requirements to move on to a facility walk through. SUNY Empire will select a date to tour each of the three selected facilities. The IFB will be awarded the Bidder with the lowest grand total meeting all the mandatory requirements, including the facility walk through.
