The City of Wilsonville, Oregon, invites proposals from qualified individuals or organizations for tourism promotion and destination marketing services for the City’s ‘Explore Wilsonville’ tourism development strategy. The strategy is updated annually by a Five-Year Action Plan and Annual One-Year Implementation Plan for the Wilsonville Tourism Development Strategy that acts an over-arching business plan approved by the Tourism Promotion Committee and adopted by the City Council.

The Plan is implemented primarily through a Tourism Promotion and Destination Marketing Services Plan Program developed by Consultant/Proposer with input and direction of the Committee and also approved by City Council concurrent with the Plan. The Program consists of a specific set of marketing-communications deliverables, as well as general on-going professional services, that are the subject of this RFP.
