This requirement is to establish a five-year Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a minimum quantity of 30 units and a maximum quantity of 150 units applicable to the Calibration M-FQ System. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to the address below.

This item is restricted to Pace Corporation, CAGE Code: 17794, 346 Grant RD, Vass, NC, 28394 because the government does not have suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition.
All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. To obtain approval, vendors must submit a SAR package, for review and approval, to the Contracting Specialist for submission to the Engineering Directorate (ED), Quality Engineering Division. Source approval must be obtained prior to being considered for contract award. Approvals are made on an individual basis for specific manufacturing location (CAGE).
