Project Description: The Allegheny County Health Department (ACHD) is seeking modeling assistance in the preparation of attainment demonstration State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions for the 2024 PM2.5 NAAQS for nonattainment areas within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (PA). The work resulting from this contract will be shared with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) under an intergovernmental agreement.
