RFQ for Progressive Design Build Contractor for Regional Mapping & Wayfinding Project

Project Description: The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) invites firms to submit a Statement of Qualification (SOQ) for the above-titled project. Through this procurement, MTC will use the Progressive Design-Build (PDB) procurement model to hire a Design-Build Contractor (Contractor) to perform full design, engineering, fabrication and construction services for the implementation of several separate wayfinding and signage efforts for at least nine (9) Transit Hubs and a series of Transit Stops across the Bay Area. Work will be performed in close coordination with MTC, its Wayfinding Standards Consultant, the transit agencies, cities, and other jurisdictions that own and control the locations of signage.
