Jackie Robinson Community Center Improvements (Interior)

The Jackie Robinson Community Center (JRCC) interior improvements include removing existing carpet at the auditorium stage stage and replace with new hardwood flooring (200 sf +-), providing stage lighting for the auditorium stage, removing existing vinyl flooring at the kitchen and replacing with new tile flooring with matching tile cove base (500 sf +-) and removing existing carpet at the meeting/waiting area and offices at room 100 area and replacing with new vinyl tile flooring (1,800 sf +-), per plans. Contractor is responsible for removal of asbestos containing material and abatement per local regulations; per environmental testing results shown on plans.
