NOTICE TO RESPONDENTS
Notice is Hereby Given that sealed proposals endorsed as listed in the below Bid/RFP
Opportunities section will be received and publicly opened by the Purchasing Agent of the City of
Clifton, at the due date and prevailing time described below, at which time responses will be
publicly opened and read, in the Conference Room 101.
Proposals are to be delivered no later than the prevailing time indicated below, but it is strongly
urged, proposals be delivered before bid opening time. Proposals shall be delivered to the Finance
Office, located on the 2nd Floor of 900 Clifton Ave, Clifton, County of Passaic, New Jersey 07013,
attention of Amisha J. Jariwala, Purchasing Agent. The City of Clifton is prohibited from publicly
opening proposals on Mondays or any day directly following a State or Federal holiday, in
accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23 a and b.

DUE DATE and TIME: September 15,2026, 2026, at 2:00 PM
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1 et seq.
Proposal documents (the "RFP Package") may be obtained via email request by prospective
bidders between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Be sure to include your
company name, telephone number, and email address when submitting your request to the City's
Purchasing Agent Amisha Jariwala at ajariwala@cliftonnj.org
All RFP addenda will be issued and placed on the website at www.cliftonnj.org. The City of
Clifton is only responsible for forwarding addendums or clarifications to those prospective
respondents who obtained specifications directly from the City of Clifton, Division of Purchasing,
or to those who have put the City of Clifton, Division of Purchasing, on notice as having received
the specification.
It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to deliver their proposal on time to the attention of
the Purchasing Agent and The City of Clifton shall not be held responsible for tardy delivery
services. Required proposer information is found in the specification documents. This Proposal is
solicited through a fair and open process, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.
Proposers shall comply with the requirements N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 (P.L. 1975, c.127) and N.J.A.C.
17:27-1 et seq.
