Synopsis:
|
|
The Town of Shaunavon invites qualified engineering firms to submit proposals for the pre-design, design, tender preparation, contract administration, and construction supervision of a new municipal fire hall. The facility will support the Shaunavon & District Fire Region (SDFR), providing emergency fire services to the town and surrounding municipalities.
The building will include a 70 x 133 ft shop with 20-ft ceilings, apparatus bays, a drive-through bay, meeting and training areas, air compressor system, kitchen amenities, showers, and specialized training and safety features. The selected consultant will oversee construction and provide final reports in accordance with Provincial Building Standards and the National Building Code.
