Project Description: This Request for Proposals is an invitation by Parkland County to prospective proponents to submit proposals for roof and wall repairs at the Wabamun Civic Center, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).
The Wabamun Civic Center, located in the Hamlet of Wabamun, currently hosts Parkland County employees and is the future site of the Wabamun Library. The facility has sustained water damage to a portion of the roof and an exterior wall, and requires repairs before the damage becomes more invasive.
A Mandatory Site Visit will be held on April 7, 2026 at 10:30 AM local time at the Wabamun Civic Center located at 5217 52 Street, Wabamun, AB
