The existing windows in building 1674 have deteriorated and need replaced. The existing windows have failed, causing them to not seal properly. The windows allow the exterior elements to enter the building with strong winds and rain. It is necessary to remove and replace all 89 windows, and 2 bay windows, with new, aluminum, replacement windows. These aluminum windows shall be easy to maintain, meet energy star requirements, and shall not allow exterior elements to enter the building.
