THE SERVICES OF AN EXPERIENCED AND QUALIFIED MANUFACTURER/SUPPLIER TO SUPPLY AND DELIVER (F.O.B PLANTS WITH FULL FREIGHT ALLOWED) SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE TO BE USED IN WATER TREATMENT AT THE UNIT 5 COOLING TOWER, OR OTHER APPLICABLE CITY USE. THE ANNUAL ESTIMATED QUANTITY OF CHEMICAL INCLUDED IN THE SPECIFICATION IS FOR BID PURPOSES ONLY. THERE IS NO GUARANTEED MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM QUANTITIES FOR THIS CONTRACT.
THE BIDS SUBMITTED AND THE PURCHASE ORDER, IF ISSUED, SHALL BE IN COMPLETE ACCORDANCE WITH, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS INVITATION TO BID, THE ATTACHED CITY OF LAKELAND SPECIFICATIONS, ALL CODES, REQUIREMENTS AND REGULATIONS REFERENCED THEREIN.
THIS BID SHALL RESULT IN A ONE (1) YEAR CONTRACT WITH AN OPTION FOR FOUR (4), ONE (1) YEAR RENEWALS UPON MUTUAL CONSENT.
