HOUSING STUDY CONSULTING SERVICES. The City of Fairmont is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive housing study for the City of Fairmont. The study will evaluate current and future housing needs over 5-, 10-, and 15-year timeframes, assess existing housing stock and market conditions, and provide strategies to guide housing policy, land use, and development initiatives.
